AMI Beach Weddings, based on Anna Maria Island, has been named to the CO—100: America’s Top 100 Small Businesses list by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The business was selected from a pool of over 12,500 small businesses across the country. Only 100 companies were chosen for this recognition.

The selection was made by a panel of judges who evaluated nominees on growth, community impact, and dedication to customer experiences in destination weddings along Florida’s Gulf Coast. AMI Beach Weddings also received the Customer Champion distinction, which is given to only ten businesses nationwide that excel in creating memorable customer experiences.

The CO—100 includes owners and founders from 35 states and Washington, D.C., representing a range of industries such as technology, manufacturing, creative agencies, and retail.

Karen Riley-Love, founder and owner of AMI Beach Weddings, said: “This recognition is a reflection of why we do this work: to celebrate love, lift up local small businesses, and support our community. I’m proud of the celebrations we’ve created for couples and families, and it is humbling to see that commitment recognized on a national stage.”

Riley-Love will attend events at the U.S. Chamber’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., from October 6–8. She stated: “We can’t wait to bring a touch of Anna Maria Island’s coastal charm to the nation’s capital.”

At an awards dinner during these events, ten businesses will be recognized for excellence in various categories with $2,000 prizes each. One company will be named America’s Top Small Business and receive $25,000.

Jeanette Mulvey, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce said: “Small businesses are the heartbeat of our economy, and their stories are nothing short of extraordinary. The CO—100 honorees exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, adapt with agility, and build with vision. These entrepreneurs and teams are not only shaping their local communities—they’re setting new standards for what’s possible in business.”
