The Bored Teachers “Is It Friday Yet?!” Comedy Tour is scheduled to take place at the Florida Theatre on January 16, 2026. The tour features teacher-comedians who focus on humor inspired by classroom experiences.

Bored Teachers has established itself as a prominent platform for teacher-focused comedy over the past decade. The group has gained more than one billion views online and over ten million followers, and it produces what it describes as the leading teacher-comedy podcast.

Since its inception in 2022, the Bored Teachers Comedy Tour has sold out venues across nearly every state in the United States and seven provinces in Canada. The tour has also expanded internationally to countries including the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. According to organizers, more than 200,000 teachers have attended performances worldwide.

The upcoming “Is It Friday Yet?!” Tour aims to provide an evening of entertainment for those involved in education or anyone familiar with school life. Organizers say: “Their brand new ‘Is It Friday Yet?!’ Tour starting January 2026 is more than a comedy show—it’s the ultimate night of laughter and solidarity for anyone who’s ever worked in education, taught a lesson, or just survived parent-teacher conferences.”

Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Friday, October 3, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., either through www.floridatheatre.com or at the Florida Theatre Box Office by calling (904) 355-2787.

Bored Teachers was founded by James and Marilou Tarantino as a social community centered around humor related to teaching. Over time, it has developed into a company that produces various media content such as sketches, stand-up tours, podcasts, and articles about teaching.
