Two resorts in Clearwater Beach have been recognized among the best in Florida by Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2025. The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa was ranked first, while the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa took second place in the Top Resorts in Florida category.

Additionally, The Don CeSar, a historic hotel in the area, was listed ninth among the Top 10 Hotels in Florida. These recognitions highlight the St. Pete-Clearwater area’s reputation for quality accommodations as well as its popular beaches and culinary offerings.

The awards continue to bring attention to local resorts and contribute to the region’s standing as a leading destination for travelers.
