Construction has started on a new Home2 Suites by Hilton at The Fountains at St. Johns, located at the intersection of Interstate 95 and County Road 201. The project is being developed by Cerris Builders in partnership with Ideal Hospitality Investment and Cross Regions Group.

“We are thrilled to begin construction on this highly anticipated development – the only hotel at the intersection of I-95 and CR 201,” said Cerris Builders Division Manager Isaac Byers. “This Home2 Suites by Hilton reflects our commitment to building projects that strengthen communities, and we’re proud to partner with Ideal Hospitality Investment and Cross Regions Group to deliver lasting value for travelers and residents alike.”

The hotel will provide guests with flexible accommodations, including rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs, microwaves, and mini-fridges. Amenities will include an outdoor pool for families. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

Home2 Suites will be part of Fountains East, which is planned to feature a Town Square with retail stores and restaurants. The larger Fountains at St. Johns development covers 23 acres and includes about 200,000 square feet of space for retail, dining, medical offices, and other uses.
