Daytona Aquarium announces grand opening of new rainforest exhibit

The Daytona Aquarium & Rainforest Adventure will hold a grand opening ceremony for its new rainforest exhibit on Thursday, July 24. The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the facility located at 1008 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach.

To mark the occasion, guests arriving between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. can purchase discounted tickets for $15 per person. These day passes are valid throughout the day, with regular admission hours from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The aquarium will offer educational presentations at several times during the day: 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. Shark talks are also scheduled at noon, 1:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m., and 3:45 p.m.

The facility is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with last admission at 5:15 p.m.
