Megan J. Richardson has been appointed as President of DCSI, according to an announcement from the company. Suzi Lemen, CEO of DCSI, commented on Richardson’s promotion: “Megan has been an integral part of the DCSI family for over 12 years,” said Suzi Lemen, CEO of DCSI. “In that time, she has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic vision and an unwavering commitment to our company’s mission. Megan’s key achievements include driving significant revenue growth and optimizing our operational efficiency. As the founder, I will remain in my role as CEO, focusing on our long-term vision, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Moving Megan into the day-to-day management of the organization allows me the time and flexibility to do this.”

Richardson’s new responsibilities will focus on managing daily operations at DCSI. Lemen will continue as CEO with a focus on long-term strategy and innovation.
