Downtown Vision, Inc. (DVI) has released its 2024-2025 State of Downtown Report, which provides an analysis of Downtown Jacksonville’s progress over the past 18 months. The report examines trends in development and investment, residential demand, office market activity, employment base, transportation improvements, and tourism.

Jake Gordon, CEO of Downtown Vision, Inc., commented on the findings: “Over the past 18 months, Downtown Jacksonville has seen tremendous progress continuing a solid foundation for future exponential growth. With continued private investment and strong support from the City of Jacksonville and the Downtown Investment Authority, we’re building on more than a decade of positive momentum. The data in this year’s State of Downtown Report highlights steady growth across nearly every metric we track – proof that Downtown Jacksonville’s future has never looked brighter.”

The report is available online in an interactive format at DTJax.com/reports. Additional research resources are also offered at DTJax.com/research. These include quarterly visitor and persona dashboards powered by Placer.ai and Spatial.ai. The dashboards provide geofenced data related to COVID-19 recovery as well as patterns in visitor and employee traffic. They also offer information about visitor, employee, and resident personas and brand affinities.

Interactive summaries from surveys with residents, employees, and visitors are included to give further insights into their experiences and perceptions of downtown. Users have the option to export this data for use in their own projects or presentations.
