Film Florida has scheduled its next quarterly meeting for December 11 and 12, 2025, in Orlando. The event will take place at Eola View, located at 150 E. Central Blvd., with accommodations available at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, three blocks from the meeting venue.

The schedule includes committee and council meetings on Thursday, December 11, which are open to Film Florida members only. Those interested in participating remotely can request call-in information via email. An evening networking event, the Women in Film & Television Florida Jingle Mingle, is also planned for that day.

On Friday, December 12, a continental breakfast will be provided for members before the Board of Directors meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. The board meeting is open to the public and remote participation is available upon request.

Attendees are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy or gift for donation to a Central Florida organization during the holiday season. A 50/50 raffle will also be held; tickets cost $5 each or five for $20 and can be purchased by both in-person and virtual participants using cash, credit card or digital payment methods. “The winning ticket will be drawn at the end of the Board of Directors Meeting. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the money collected, the other 50% will go to the Film Florida grant and scholarship fund.”

Hotel rooms are available at a group rate of $199 per night plus taxes until November 19 or until sold out. Parking costs $24 per day per car. Embassy Suites amenities include a pool, fitness center, complimentary evening reception for guests and free cooked-to-order breakfast daily.

Non-members interested in attending member-only meetings can join Film Florida through their membership process.
