The Florida Board of Governors is set to convene virtually on Friday, December 12, 2025. The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom.

Key agenda items for the full board include the consideration of confirming the University of South Florida President-Elect and the approval of public notices regarding amendments to Board of Governors Regulations 8.011, 9.007, and 10.015.

The Nomination and Governance Committee will discuss the appointment of university trustees and consider approval for public notice of intent to amend Board of Governors Regulations 1.001 and 1.002.
