MemberAssist, a new service aimed at supporting members of the Florida Education Association (FEA), has been introduced to help educators and staff manage daily stress. The service offers assistance with tasks such as understanding benefits, comparing insurance options, booking appointments, planning vacations, and finding local services.

According to the announcement, FEA members can access MemberAssist for free, while the general public would pay $948 per year for similar support. The program is designed to reduce the workload for teachers and staff by allowing them to delegate personal or administrative tasks to real people who will handle requests directly.

The FEA stated: “We help take stressors off your plate so you can focus on what matters most.Whether it’s understanding your benefits, comparing insurance options, booking an appointment, planning a vacation, or finding a trusted local service in a pinch—you can hand it off with a single request. A real person will handle it for you. No phone trees. No runaround. Just the support you need, when you need it.”

Another statement from the association reads: “MemberAssist is the extra set of hands you need.Because supporting you every day is how we strengthen your union, together.”

The service aims to provide practical help so that education professionals can concentrate on their core responsibilities without being overwhelmed by additional tasks.
