The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) is set to hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. EST. The event will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in Tallahassee, specifically in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

After the conference, an Internal Affairs meeting will be held, followed by a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. During this hearing, the FPSC will review cost recovery for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. This includes considerations for fuel, conservation, environmental efforts, capacity charges, purchased gas costs, and storm protection plan expenses. The proceeding aims to address projected recovery factors for 2026 as well as true-up amounts for the years 2024 and 2025.

The hearing may continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location if additional time is needed.

Items scheduled for consideration during the conference are available online. Members of the public who wish to participate or provide comments on any item noticed for public participation are encouraged to contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and Cost Recovery Clauses hearing will be available on the FPSC website by clicking “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” Coverage may also be provided by The Florida Channel; viewers should check local listings for details.
