The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced a virtual customer meeting for Gulfstream Utility, LLC customers on January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting is being held in response to Gulfstream’s application for a rate increase filed with the FPSC in June 2025. Gulfstream currently provides wastewater service to 965 residential customers in Orange County, while water service is supplied through a bulk agreement with Orange County.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow customers to share their comments about Gulfstream’s quality of service and the rate-setting process. According to the FPSC, “All customer input will be considered by the Commission when it evaluates the utility’s rate increase request.”

Customers who wish to speak at the meeting are required to register in advance. Registration can be completed online through the FPSC’s speaker sign-up form under the “Hot Topics” section on its homepage. For those without internet access, registration is also available by phone at (850) 413-7080 or via email.

Speaker registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on December 30 and closes at noon on January 9.

A live webcast of the meeting will be available for public viewing by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.”
