The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

Citrus Waterworks filed an application with the FPSC on April 30, 2025, seeking to adjust its water and wastewater rates in Citrus County. The meeting is intended to give customers an opportunity to provide feedback on the company’s request and the quality of its service. The FPSC will consider customer input as part of its decision-making process.

Customers who want to speak at the meeting can register online by completing a form available under Hot Topics on the FPSC home page and clicking the “Sign-up to Speak” link. Registration is also possible by calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080 or by email. Online registration opens on Thursday, October 16, at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at noon.

Citrus Waterworks serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in Citrus County. Customers who do not wish to speak can watch the meeting live by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.”
