Freedom Boat Club (FBC) of Northeast Florida has expanded its fleet at the Jacksonville Beach location by adding 10 new Hurricane SunSport 2050 deck boats. The club aims to provide members with more options and improved amenities for boating in the area.

Lisa Almeida, co-owner of FBC of Northeast Florida, said, “Our members are going to love these new boats at our Jacksonville Beach location that will make boarding on the dock and on the sandbar even easier. These boats offer a much more friendly seating arrangement to allow for optimal entertainment, and they come in some really fun colors. It’s just another perk of being a Freedom Boat Club member.”

The Hurricane SunSport 2050 model features an enlarged transom platform and a step on the cushion to facilitate easier boarding. The boats also have larger ladders and a spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience. Chairs can be adjusted for sitting or lounging, and there is increased storage space available.

The new additions come in various hull colors including grey, seafoam green, purple, Bahama blue, and blue/grey. These options are intended to make the boats stand out as members travel along local waterways such as the Intracoastal Waterway, St. Johns River, Fort George Sandbar, and other waterfront landmarks.

The Jacksonville Beach site is located at Beach Marine at 2315 Beach Blvd., which also serves as the franchise headquarters. For information about membership, interested individuals can contact Membership Director Bill Edinger at (904) 746-0018 or bedinger@freedomboatclub.com.
