IAM Union members from Local 2010 in Reston, Virginia, and Local 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas, are preparing for upcoming contract negotiations with Leidos, a government contractor. Mark Costa, a member of the IAM negotiations team and flight service specialist, explained his responsibilities: “I provide critical weather and safety information to pilots.” Costa emphasized the importance of this role as both locals get ready to enter talks with Leidos.

The teams are focusing on issues relevant to their work as they approach these negotiations.
