The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has extended the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference to Monday, September 15, 2025. The conference will be held from October 20 to 22 at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
This year’s conference is themed “Leaders and Legends” and aims to honor retirees’ contributions while focusing on future union activities. According to the IAM, “This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”
Attendees can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities to network with other IAM members who have contributed to the organization’s history. The agenda also includes a tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center scheduled for October 22.
The IAM encourages eligible participants to register before the new deadline.
