Local officials guided the group through both sites, where they observed the manufacturing process for Mercury Outboard engines and John Deere equipment. According to Bryant, “I was very impressed by the high-quality work and skills displayed by our union members in manufacturing products like Mercury Outboard engines and premium John Deere equipment.”

Union members at Mercury Marine discussed their expertise in machining, pouring, and grinding during the visit. They also expressed pride in producing American-made products.
