ICI Homes has donated $247,720 to NEFBA Builders Care through its Home from the Heart initiative. The program encourages builders and their partners to construct and sell a custom home, with proceeds supporting Builders Care’s efforts to provide no-cost construction projects for those in need.

This year, ICI Homes built a larger, higher-value home in Middlebourne, a community developed by the company in St. Johns County. The decision led to a more significant donation compared to their previous effort. Their first collaboration with Builders Care raised $123,000. This latest contribution is more than double that amount.

According to ICI Homes, “The proceeds will directly support no-cost construction projects for those in need.” The company also stated, “Through its Home from the Heart projects, ICI Homes and its vendor partners contribute to a powerful, community-wide effort to enhance lives through safe, healthy housing throughout the region.”

ICI Homes is listed as a “Caring Member” on the Builders Care website. The company has over 45 years of experience building homes across Florida and is known for custom designs and energy-efficient standards. ICI Homes has received several industry awards and is consistently ranked among the nation’s top builders.
