Jacksonville hosts second Cosmic Baseball Takeover Tour game after sellout

Game 1 of the Cosmic Baseball Takeover Tour in Jacksonville has sold out, prompting organizers to schedule another event. The announcement comes as fans are encouraged to monitor team social media accounts and visit the official website for updates on future dates, ticketing information, and other details.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, who are hosting the event, serve as the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins and play in the International League. According to their statement, “The 2025 International League and Triple-A National Champions, the Jumbo Shrimp call VyStar Ballpark home for baseball but also a wide variety of additional community focused events with a goal of providing Affordable, Family, FUN to Northeast Florida.”

Since rebranding in 2017, the team has received multiple marketing and sales awards and is recognized for leading minor league sports attendance in Florida.
