The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are inviting non-profit organizations to participate in fundraising opportunities at VyStar Ballpark. The team offers several programs designed to help groups such as youth sports teams, food banks, booster clubs, private schools, churches, and military and civic organizations raise money and gain exposure for their causes.

These fundraising initiatives include managing concession stands and portable food areas within the ballpark, selling fundraising tickets, operating a prize wheel, and participating in the VyStar Charity Begins at Home Program.

Jumbo Shrimp president & general manager Matt Goudreau said, “Our non-profit informational meeting is a terrific opportunity to meet face-to-face and answer any questions about fundraising at VyStar Ballpark. It has been incredibly rewarding over the years to help a wide variety of non-profit organizations through our various programs, and we look forward to continuing to expand our efforts for the 2026 season.”

Organizations interested in learning more or attending an informational event can contact community relations coordinator Sydney Ryan via email.

The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp serve as the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins and play in the International League. The team also hosts various community-focused events at VyStar Ballpark with an emphasis on providing affordable entertainment for Northeast Florida families. Since being rebranded before the 2017 season, they have led Florida minor league professional sports organizations in attendance numbers.
