The Jacksonville Symphony announced on March 12 that it will present a concert featuring works by Samuel Barber, Felix Mendelssohn, and Ralph Vaughan Williams under the direction of conductor Bellincampi. The performances are scheduled for March 27 and 28 at 7:30 p.m. in Jacoby Symphony Hall.
The program includes Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3 “Scottish,” which is known for its evocative depiction of Scotland’s landscapes and history. The concert aims to offer audiences a diverse musical experience with pieces from three renowned composers.
