Manifest Distillery has announced the continuation of its partnership with the Florida Theatre in downtown Jacksonville. The distillery, which has been a corporate partner of the historic venue since 2020, reaffirmed its support for the theatre as part of its commitment to the local community.

David Cohen, Head Distiller, President, and Co-Founder of Manifest Distillery, explained the motivation behind their involvement: “I grew up here in Jacksonville, coming downtown, going to the Gator Bowl, and then subsequently just leaving right afterwards, right because there was never anything to do. So, it was important to us to have a business down here when we decided to open Manifest (Distillery). So as such, we’ve invested in this location. So, being a fellow downtown business, we want to support the Florida Theatre because of that. And obviously, theater is something that’s important to me. Personally, I grew up around the industry, so we love that. And obviously, our staff loves it. We’re patrons of the theater. We frequent the wonderful lineup of shows that are there.”

Manifest Distillery produces a range of spirits including non-GMO Potato Vodka and Florida Citrus Vodka, organic Gin and barreled Gin, as well as organic Rye Whiskey and 100% Rye Whiskey. All equipment used by Manifest is made in America and grains are sourced from North American co-ops.

The company’s team includes David Cohen, Scott Kennelly, Trey Mills, and Tom Johnson. Their collective experience contributed to forming Manifest with an emphasis on unity and collaboration.
