Old Town Kissimmee adds new restaurants and guest experiences in milestone year

0Comments

Old Town in Kissimmee has marked several milestones in 2025, including the addition of new dining and entertainment options. In March, the district celebrated the 35th anniversary of its Saturday Night Classic Car Show and Cruise. The following month saw Old Town host its first Easter Bunny meet and greet event.

Earlier this year, Maw’s Mountain Moonshine opened as the area’s first craft cocktail distillery. The business is locally owned and operated, offering guests a variety of experiences such as a taste testing counter for moonshine tastings, a cocktail making counter with custom-made drinks from Maw’s Mixologists, and retail shelves stocked with mason jars of moonshine ranging from 40 to 100 proof. Flavors include Apple Pie, Peach Cobbler, Blueberry Muffin, among others. On select weekends, live country music performances take place on the lawn next to the store, where guests can sit on hand-carved log benches.

Tacos Padrisimo became Old Town’s newest dine-in restaurant in April. Known previously as a food truck and restaurant in Winter Garden and Kissimmee, Tacos Padrisimo is recognized for using fresh ingredients to prepare authentic Mexican dishes such as birria tacos, carne asada tacos, tacos al pastor, quesadillas, burritos, flautas, elotes, esquites and tamales. The restaurant now has a permanent location within Old Town.

“Built in 1986, Old Town is the recreation of a classic Florida town at the turn of the century featuring historical architecture and distinctive storefronts. Located on U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, Old Town boasts over 60 unique shops, themed restaurants and bars, rides, weekly car shows, and family-friendly attractions.
