Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel set to open fall 2025 as city’s largest lodging

Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is preparing to open in Fall 2025 and has started accepting reservations. The hotel, which will be the largest in Fort Lauderdale by guestroom count, is located next to the Broward County Convention Center and Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. The property will have 801 rooms, including 82 suites with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach.

Guests will have access to six dining venues, an urban outdoor pool deck, Mokara Spa, and guest rooms equipped with modern amenities. The hotel also offers more than 73,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space. This includes a 30,000-square-foot Waterway Ballroom and a 15,000-square-foot Port Everglades Ballroom that feature natural light and South Florida-inspired design elements.

When combined with the adjacent convention center, there will be over 120,000 square feet of flexible event space available for conferences and large gatherings.
