PulteGroup launches sales at Greenbriar Landing in St. Johns County

Sales have begun at Greenbriar Landing, a new community within The Landings at Saint Johns in St. Johns County, developed by PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. The community features single-family homes with a variety of floor plans and amenities.

Justin Cook, President of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division, stated, “We are experiencing tremendous interest at Greenbriar Landing at The Landings at Saint Johns and on track to open phase two of the community in early 2026. The Landings at Saint Johns offers an appealing location, world-class amenities and the opportunity for buyers and families of all ages to create new memories.”

Greenbriar Landing provides homesites measuring 50, 60, and 65 feet wide with views of preserves or water. There are 16 different one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,775 to over 4,300 square feet. Homes include between two and six bedrooms as well as bathrooms, along with various upgrades. Five model homes are currently available for viewing.

Residents will have access to amenities such as an almost eight-acre amenity center featuring a private clubhouse, pool, bark park, walking trails, sports courts, event lawn, RV and boat storage. Construction on these amenities is expected to begin soon.

The community is zoned for highly rated schools in the St. Johns County Public School District and is located near shopping options like a new Publix grocery store less than two miles away.

The Landings also includes Del Webb Saint Johns, a community designed for residents aged 55 and older.

Greenbriar Landing is located at 120 Contrail Court in Saint Johns. Model homes are open daily.
