Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year by launching a refreshed cocktail menu featuring commemorative drinks. Happy Hour specials are available Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., each day offering different culinary pairings with selected beverages.
