River Hall announced on Mar. 12 that Dream Finders Homes has joined its team of builders and is currently constructing two model homes, the Napoli and Ravenna, both set to open in spring 2026.

The addition of Dream Finders Homes brings more options for homebuyers at River Hall, a community located east of Fort Myers. The Napoli model features a single-story layout with an expansive main living area where the kitchen connects to the dining and family room. The Ravenna also offers a single-story design with a large family room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, center island, walk-in pantry, and a covered lanai for outdoor living.

Dream Finders Homes was named the 2025 National Builder of the Year by Builder magazine. The company is based in Jacksonville, Florida and builds single-family homes in high-growth markets across Florida and the United States. It is also recognized as the official home builder of the PGA Tour and Jacksonville Jaguars.

River Hall’s builder group includes Lennar and Pulte Homes alongside Dream Finders Homes. The community offers new single-family homes ranging from the $300s to over $1 million. Model homes are open daily for prospective buyers.

River Hall provides golf course and preserve views within a gated club setting designed for active lifestyles. Amenities include a Davis Love III championship golf course, jogging and biking paths, casual and fine dining such as the Bunker Bar overlooking the pool and lake, resort-style lagoon pool with cabanas, athletic center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and events coordinated by a lifestyle director throughout the year.

GreenPointe Holdings, LLC oversees River Hall’s development. Founded by Edward E. Burr in 2008, GreenPointe manages master-planned communities across Florida with headquarters in Jacksonville.
