The Fiorentino Group has announced it will now operate under the name The Florida Group, reflecting its growth and an expanded leadership structure. Founder Marty Fiorentino will continue as President. Joe Mobley remains Managing Partner, Davis Bean becomes Chair of State and Federal Practices, and Melissa Langley Braude is named Chair of the firm’s Local Practice.

“As the industries we serve undergo transformation, so do we. This evolution reflects our commitment to growth — not only locally, but regionally and beyond,” said Fiorentino. “During their collective 35 years at the company, Joe, Davis and Melissa have seamlessly combined their strengths and networks to exceed client expectations and grow TFG. With our experience, strategic partnerships and a track record of impactful results, we remain committed to shaping the future of politics and business.”

The firm has also invested in a new headquarters in Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood at 2120 Oak Street. The building dates back to 1916 and has been fully renovated.

“I’m extremely proud of the team we’ve assembled under Marty’s leadership. These changes position us to offer current and future clients a broader reach in Florida and Washington, D.C. I’m excited for the future of the firm – TFG 2.0 is here, and the enthusiasm among our team has never been higher,” said Managing Partner Joe Mobley.

Founded in 2002, The Florida Group provides government relations and business development services across state, local, and federal levels.
